Rantum Capital finances Hannover-based software company Hornetsecurity

Rantum Private Debt Fund II today provided growth financing to Hornetsecurity, a leading SaaS provider of cloud-based email security and hacker defense solutions in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Spain. The Rantum loan will fund Hornetsecurity’s continued organic growth and support the add-on acquisition of another complementary cloud backup solution provider.
