Rantum Private Debt Fund III has closed its next financing, extending a customized loan to a fast-growing and profitable professional services company. The fund’s investment is split into two tranches: While the first tranche allows for changes in the shareholder structure including the buy-out of several minority shareholders, the second tranche in particular serves to finance future add-on acquisitions and thus to continue the company’s successful growth path.
