RANTUM PRIVATE DEBT FUNDS III & IV PROVIDE SENIOR FINANCING TO A LEADING DEVELOPER AND PROVIDER OF B2B SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS FOR THE TRAVEL AND TOURISM INDUSTRY

Rantum Private Debt Funds III & IV have provided a senior secured term loan to a leading German software company focused on B2B solutions for the travel and tourism sector. The capital provided by Rantum will be used to refinance and optimize the company’s current capital structure.
