Rantum Private Debt Funds III & IV have provided a subordinated debt financing to a leading buy & build platform for vertical market software, headquartered in Germany. The Rantum financing is structured at the holding level and is intended both to partly refinance the existing capital structure and to support further growth via acquisitions as part of the buy & build strategy.
