DR. KURT BOCK

Dr. Kurt Bock is Rantum’s Industrial Partner focusing primarily on business models in the chemicals space. He studied business administration at the University of Cologne as well as at Pennsylvania State University. He started his professional career with German global chemicals player BASF in 1985. After several positions both in Germany and abroad, he joined the executive board of BASF in 2003 and was acting CEO of BASF from 2011 to 2018. Since 2020, Dr. Kurt Bock is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BASF as well as member of the Supervisory Board of BMW and Chairman of Baden-Baden Entrepreneur Talks (BBUG).
