DR. SIEGFRIED SCHWUNG

Dr. Siegfried Schwung is a lawyer and was most recently General Counsel and Head of Corporate Development/M&A at KUKA AG in Augsburg for many years. Prior to that, he headed the law office of Thümmel, Schütze & Partner in Singapore and held various positions within the Daimler AG Group, such as General Counsel Truck in Stuttgart, General Counsel Product in Sindelfingen, General Counsel of DaimlerChrysler Services AG in Berlin and General Counsel of Mercedes-Benz U.S. International Inc. in Tuscaloosa, AL. Dr. Schwung studied law at the universities of Mainz and Dijon.
