TOBIAS BAUER

Tobias Bauer joined Rantum Capital in September 2022, assisting founders and management teams in transactions involving private equity as well as private debt settings. Prior to joining Rantum, he worked at an international private equity investor focussing on the software industry. There, he supported managements in the expansion of their product portfolio via selective add-on acquisitions, the build-up of nearshoring hubs and the professionalization of back office functions. Tobias holds a Master’s degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor’s degree from Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich.
