German asset manager Rantum Capital is pleased to welcome Thomas Ingelfinger as new Industrial Partner and co-shareholder, thereby extending its expertise in the consumer goods and retail sector.

Rantum Capital provided a senior secured term loan for the acquisition of pharmaceuticals company Lyocontract GmbH by financial investor Great Point Partners. The loan provided through Rantum Private Debt Fund III serves as part of the purchase price financing for the acquisition of a majority stake in Lyocontract.

The Rantum Private Debt Fund III has provided a subordinated debt financing to a leading medical technology company headquartered in Germany with a global business focus.
