Florian Feder named Managing Director for Private Debt

Effective 1 January 2023, Rantum Capital has promoted Florian Feder to Managing Director with responsibility for the private debt activities of the DACH-focused asset management group Rantum Capital. “We are pleased to welcome Florian Feder as a further member in our group of Managing Directors after successful years of working together and congratulate him on the promotion”, commented Dirk Notheis and Marc Pahlow, founders and Managing Directors of Rantum Capital.

Florian Feder started his career as a corporate lawyer with Davis Polk in New York. He continued his career in business positions with Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, Terra Firma and a family office before joining Rantum as an Executive Director in 2020. His primary focus is on the sourcing, execution and monitoring of debt investments in medium-sized companies in the German-speaking region. From 1 January 2023 onwards, he belongs to the group of managers responsible for the private debt business of Rantum Capital, together with Dirk Notheis, Marc Pahlow and Carsten Olberding.
