Markus Wenz named Managing Director for Private Equity

Effective 1 January 2023, Rantum Capital has promoted Markus Wenz to Managing Director with responsibility for the private equity activities of the DACH-focused asset management group. “We are pleased to welcome Markus Wenz as a further member in our group of Managing Directors after successful years of working together and congratulate him on the promotion”, commented Dirk Notheis and Marc Pahlow, founders and Managing Directors of Rantum Capital.

Markus Wenz started his career as an M&A analyst with Greenhill. He continued his career with Morgan Stanley and DPE before joining Rantum as an Executive Director in 2020. His primary focus is on the acquisition and monitoring of majority equity investments in medium-sized companies. From 1 January 2023 onwards, he belongs to the group of managers responsible for the private equity business of Rantum Capital, together with Dirk Notheis, Marc Pahlow and Gilles Djordjevic.
