Rantum Capital finances a medium-sized industrial holding company with a subordinated loan

Rantum Private Debt Fund III has granted a subordinated debt financing to a leading German medium-sized industrial holding company. The Rantum financing is raised at the holding company level and serves to refinance the current financing structure as part of the group’s growth strategy.
