RANTUM PRIVATE DEBT FUND III INVESTS IN A SENIOR SECURED LOAN FOR AN INTERNATIONAL LAB SERVICES COMPANY

Rantum Private Debt Fund III has provided a senior secured term loan to an international lab services company. The borrower, with its international set-up, provides specialty laboratory services to large pharmaceutical and food companies. The capital provided by Rantum is used to refinance existing loans and to support the continued successful expansion course of the laboratory service provider.
